About Me

After training at the BRIT School for Performing Arts & Technology in London I immediately headed off into the theatre world working backstage at venues in and around London.

I then took on the job of working at a theatre within a theme park. With theme parks employing technologies as then not seen in the theatre world I was lucky enough to start using show control systems such as Alcorn McBrides V16+ and audio DSP's like Media Matrix and SoundWeb.

After a few years of exploring the many avenues theme parks had to offer and building my management skills I went to sea. After a few contracts working in theatres on-board cruise ships, I became the fleet wide lighting designer for P&O Cruises working on a range of shows from musicals to pantomimes.

Since then I have been lucky enough to travel the world in the capacities of Lighting Designer and Show Control Programmer taking in places such as India, Saudi Arabia, Amsterdam, Australia and South America. I have also worked extensively in my home country of the United Kingdom for prestigious clients such as the Natural History Museum, the V&A and English Hertiage. I have worked with the Merlin Entertainments Group on several occasions including their Halloween offerings and scare attractions at Thorpe Park and Alton Towers.
